Context: The smoke free generation signs are signs visible throughout the Netherlands to support a smoke free generation. Once you see this sign you are not allowed to smoke in that particular area. However, this smoke free generation is impossible to reach if we don’t tackle air pollution. Because of this air pollution, all areas are second hand smoking zones. Wait until you read the insight...
Problem: Air pollution is damaging the health of Rotterdam inhabitants
Insight: the air in Rotterdam is so polluted that it equals to smoking 7 cigarettes per day.
Idea: Create second-hand smoking signs in protest of the smoke free generation signs.
